Call for Papers

Scholars, researchers, and professionals from around the world are warmly invited to submit their work!

I. Submission Process

1.  Authors are required to complete their abstract submission through the conference website within the designated deadline.

2.  Submitted abstracts will be sent to reviewers for evaluation.

3.  Abstract review results will be announced on September 25, 2026.

4.  Authors whose abstracts are accepted will be required to prepare a full paper in accordance with the conference formatting guidelines and submit it by the deadline specified in the acceptance notification.

II. Presentation Formats

The conference offers the following three presentation formats. Authors are requested to select their preferred format at the time of submission:

  • Oral Paper Presentation: Papers will be presented orally in designated sessions. A Certificate of Presentation will be issued upon completion.
  • Poster Presentation:Research findings will be displayed in poster format at the conference venue. A Certificate of Poster Presentation will be issued. Presenters are required to bring their own printed poster in A2 size, full color to the venue.
  • Young Scholar Outstanding Paper Award: Open to all scholars. Authors wishing to participate must check the award option at the time of submission and submit a full paper by the full paper deadline. Award recipients will be announced in late October 2026 and will present their work at the conference. Award-winning full papers will be published in THE WORLD OF CHINESE LANGUAGE (《華文世界》).

※ Certificates of Presentation and Seminar Attendance are jointly issued by the World Chinese Language Association, National United University, and the Language Education and Research Center, National Academy for Educational Research.

III. Abstract Submission Deadline

September 8, 2026

Late submissions will not be accepted in principle. Authors are strongly encouraged to complete their online submission well in advance of the deadline.

IV. Submission Method

Authors must first register an account on the conference website, then log in to the online submission system to complete the required information and upload their abstract.

V. Paper Formatting

Upon acceptance, authors are required to prepare their full paper in accordance with the conference's designated formatting guidelines. Formatting specifications and templates are available on the "Paper Format" page of the conference website. Authors whose submissions do not conform to the specified format will be notified to make the necessary revisions.

VI. Important Notes

  • Submitted work must represent the author's original academic research or professional findings.
  • Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all submitted information, including name, affiliation, e-mail address, and paper title.
  • For co-authored papers, all co-author information must be fully provided at the time of submission.
  • Please review all content and attachments carefully before submitting.
  • Authors whose abstracts are accepted must follow the instructions provided by the conference committee to complete the full paper submission and any related procedures.
  • The conference committee reserves the right to adjust submission and review procedures as necessary. The most up-to-date information will be announced on the official conference website.
  • By submitting an abstract or registering for the conference, authors and participants are deemed to have read and agreed to the [Copyright License Agreement and Personal Data Collection Statement]. Please review the terms carefully before submission.
